BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT NESTOIL PLC
As a Business Development Manager, you are expected to:
- Provide potential clients with commercial proposals, offering technical support when necessary.
- Generate short, medium, and long-term prospects to surpass revenue targets.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to define project objectives, scope, strategies, risks, economics, timelines, and commercial viability.
- Ensure thorough review of tenders/contracts and prepare bids that meet client requirements.
- Familiarize oneself with the entire range of Energy Services and identify opportunities for other business areas within the Group.
- Partner with marketing teams across the Group to identify and pursue suitable opportunities.
- Collaborate with Energy, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers to enhance the value proposition in bids.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and demonstrations to showcase the company’s image and offerings.
- Continuously monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Submit accurate and comprehensive reports on business development, sales, activities, forecasts, and expenses to Management.
- Work closely with both existing and new suppliers to maximize the technical and commercial aspects of quotations.
- Ensure strict adherence to QHSE policies and procedures and comply with necessary safety protocols.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or line Manager.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum qualifications: BSc. / B.Eng. in any relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent command of English language (both written and spoken).
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand company business units.
- Demonstrated experience in building trust-based relationships and selling services within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong industry connections and understanding of key market drivers.
- Proficiency in producing proposals, high-level reports, and client presentations.
- Solid technical knowledge combined with commercial expertise.
- Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
