The Early Career Graduate Internship Program is a comprehensive 12-month internship designed to offer university graduates invaluable corporate exposure in various functions within GE.

Job Description- GENERAL ELECTRIC GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

• Assist in the integration of business operations and deployment of ERP systems by providing support in key areas such as project management, data cleansing, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Global ERP teams, Finance, IT, and Regional Business functions to ensure that the agreed-upon timelines for ERP deployment are met.
• Efficiently coordinate day-to-day project execution activities at the regional level to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Contribute to data cleansing efforts during ERP deployment and data migration, aiming to maintain data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system. This involves analyzing and reviewing existing data, identifying discrepancies, and working collaboratively with the team to cleanse and standardize the data according to system requirements.
• Generate comprehensive reports to monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields (maximum 12 months of experience after graduation).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to actively listen.
• Strong multitasking and coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dedication to achieving project goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and expand one’s skill set.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to change and embrace new challenges.
• Demonstrated focus on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Possession of a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (please clearly indicate this on your resume).
• Authorization to work full-time without any restrictions.
