JOB DESCRIPTION

This program is designed to offer you practical experience and familiarity with various departments and functions within the company. After successfully finishing the program, you will possess the essential skills to take on a managerial position within our organization.

• Participate in an intensive training program with department rotations (sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR).
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Wakanow’s policies, procedures, and business operations.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and perform market studies for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to develop a holistic view of the organization.
• Shadow experienced managers and leaders to learn effective management techniques.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business plans to communicate findings.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and mentors.
• Follow Wakanow’s policies, code of conduct, and ethical standards.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
• Complete assigned tasks, projects, and evaluations within specified timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
