JOB DESCRIPTION

The Young Graduate program presents a chance for recent university graduates to gain valuable real-world experience and international exposure as they embark on their professional careers. 

We seek driven and enthusiastic individuals who have excelled academically to join us in various departments such as Commercial, Technical, Sales, and Finance in Lagos, Nigeria.

MAIN PRINCIPLES​

Program duration: 18 months

• Phase 1: 6 months in Nigeria (country of origin)
• Phase 2: 12 months of expatriation in another TotalEnergies affiliate within Africa or at HQ in Paris, contingent on performance and availability.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Eligibility criteria for the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program include:
  • Being a Nigerian citizen.
  • Residing in Nigeria for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Being under 26 years of age.
  • Having less than 1 year of professional experience.
  • Completing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Required degrees for the program:
  • Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Accounting, Economics, or Finance-related disciplines.
  • Marketing or Business-related degrees.
