JOB DESCRIPTION

• They should have a strong background in both Mathematics and English Language.
• The applicant must be a graduate from a reputable university with at least a Second-Class Upper Degree in any discipline. For graduates from international universities, submission of undergraduate transcripts is necessary when the class of degree is not stated on the certificate.
• Law graduates are required to have obtained at least a second-class lower degree from the Nigerian Law School.
• The applicant’s age must be below 27 years at the time of application.
• Regarding the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) status, applicants should fall into one of the following categories:
• a) Currently enrolled in the NYSC program,
• b) Have successfully completed the NYSC program, or
• c) Possess relevant documentation indicating exemption from the NYSC scheme.

Selection Criteria

Graduate Trainee

As part of our selection process, candidates who have been shortlisted are required to take a GMAT-based Aptitude Test and compose an Essay. These assessments are designed to evaluate candidates’ capability to articulate their ideas effectively. Success in these evaluations will determine the candidates’ progression to the next stage of the selection process.

Assessment Centers

Our Assessment centers represent the subsequent phase of our recruitment process, where we evaluate your capacity to collaborate effectively within a team. This stage comprises three distinct components:

• Group Exercise
• Individual presentation
• Panel Interview

Each segment is carefully designed to assess particular qualities. Candidates who perform well in this stage will advance to the final interview phase.

Final Interviews

After successfully passing the assessment center, you will receive an invitation for one-on-one interviews with a Partner.
