Job Description​

• Valuation advisory services
• Feasibility and viability assessment of development projects, including layout plans and topography considerations
• Property rights advisory, acquisitions, and transfers
• Building maintenance management
• Project analysis and surveying
• Project management and land development
• Infrastructure and facilities management
• Land reforms, registration, planning, and analysis
• Construction and project management
• Project finance and procurement syndication
• Environmental Impact Survey, analysis, and valuation services

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (at least Second Class Lower) or HND (at least Lower Credit) in Estate Surveying and Valuation.
• NIESV registration is preferred but not mandatory.
• NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate is required.
• Computer literacy and strong interpersonal/leadership skills are essential.
• Age range for applicants: 22-30 years.
• Experience with CAD&GIS Tools is a plus.
